Manufacturing & quality control

One purchase order, one point of contact. Behind it are extrusion, surface finishing, assembly and packing — six steps from drawing to shipment, and four inspection gates before the container closes.

13Core categories
4Inspection gates

One order, one accountable supplier

Profiles, sealing, hardware and finished doors are configured against the same drawings and leave on the same schedule. A mixed container arrives as one shipment with one packing list — not five parcels from five directions, each with its own explanation.

Fixed lines, not spot buying

Every category keeps at least two production lines running, so a full order book on one does not stall a shipment. Section profiles, tooling and colour batches stay put from order to order — which is what makes the second container match the first.

What the lines look like

Extrusion, stock, finishing, assembly and loading — real workshops, no renderings standing in for a plant.

/ Process

From drawing to shipment

Six steps, each with a deliverable — not a verbal promise.

01

Drawing and selection

Opening size, profile groove, wind load and application come first; then the series and configuration, with a selection sheet and quotation.

02

Tooling and first article

Non-standard sections are tooled first, and a first article is signed off before the run. The approved sample stays sealed on file.

03

Extrusion and finishing

Profiles are extruded, aged, anodised or coated. Veneer panels are cut, folded, stiffened and coated.

04

Assembly and pre-fit

Complete windows and hardware sets are pre-fitted by window type, which removes most of the risk of mismatched parts on site.

05

Inspection and packing

Dimensions, appearance, hardware feel and colour batch are checked item by item, then packed according to the transport mode.

06

Shipping documents

Packing list plus material and batch records travel with the goods; third-party testing is arranged when a project calls for it.

/ Quality

Four inspection gates

Not a slogan about quality, but four checks that leave a record.

01

Incoming

Billets, profiles, gaskets and hardware are sampled by batch; anything that does not match the sealed sample goes back.

02

First article

The first piece of every batch is confirmed and sealed, and the run is compared against it.

03

In process

Dimensions and appearance are patrolled; a problem stops the line and is corrected there, not left as rework at the end.

04

Before shipment

AQL sampling with photographs on file; customers can ask for a live video inspection.

Long list? Just send it over

Send us the categories, models or opening sizes you need. We will organise the configuration and quotation — in Chinese or English.
