A low-friction compound is co-extruded onto specific faces of the gasket, giving a sliding friction coefficient of 0.15–0.25. Compared with a plain gasket the sliding force drops noticeably; compared with a brush strip the sealing is a grade better — worth it on large sliders and commercial doors that open all day.
The above are common specifications; final details are confirmed per project. Drawings accepted.
